Refund policy

After 8 days from the arrival of the goods to the recipient, this is considered fully accepted. To be valid, each complaint must be formulated in writing and addressed to WiDom, with written communication, within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In the event of errors or manufacturing defects communicated to us within 8 days of delivery and recognized by us as such, the defective goods will be replaced carriage forward as soon as possible. However, any and all obligation of indemnity, compensation and compensation for direct or indirect damages, by our company for obvious or hidden defects and faults of the goods, must be excluded. Repairs or replacements will be carried out exclusively at our headquarters.
